CORINA is controlled by the Controller 68332. This controller already has all the important
functions required to control CORINA.
These are:
- CPU ( 68000 family plus 68020 commands plus commands for controller applications )
- 2 serial interfaces ( SCI, QSPI )
- on-chip memory ( for faster applications )
- maximum of 12 programmable chip selects
- interrupt manager
- intelligent 16-bit timer
- clock generator
